Mintlaw Woodcrafters has been designing and building wooden doors for over twenty years. Our fully equipped woodworking shop in Peterborough, Ontario produces carefully handcrafted screen and entry doors to our customer’s exact request. Everybody’s requirements are slightly different but because we are a custom shop we can fill most requests. We take pride in our ability to build any door our customers can describe. From extra small to extra large, or even extra fancy, we can build a door that will look beautiful and last a lifetime.

For those looking for wooden screen doors we have simplified the process by having some standard designs that you can view in our SCREEN DOOR section. There are many customers who are looking for fancy Victorian doors and we have many of those. There is also a growing demand for Arts & Crafts style doors and we have added these to our line. On the other hand some customers just want a simple bunkhouse door but can’t find it in the size they need, so we have several inexpensive but well built “slammers” as well.
